Two questions?

I went from the 04 se KC to the 06 KC LE. The 06 has a rear window diffrost on the a/c controls but doesn't have the lines on the window to actually diffrost anything. When you push the button it says that it turns on. Am I missing something? And does the passenger airbag off light not stay on on the 06 when no one is sitting in it? My light comes on but then shuts off. On the 04 it stayed on when no one was in the passenger seat.

On the CC you have the big powered window that has defrost. The defrost is for your mirrors

OK, I know the light comes on, and goes off to tell you when it activates and deactivates. But, I am not sure about the defrost. I have a CC and have defrost lines only in the rear power window. Not sure about KC. Anybody?? Next!

I see what you mean EC, the cab is a foot shorter on the KC, and thus the front heat is supposed to defrost the rear window. Heated mirrors is what the button is for.

It says rear defrost on the display when you hit the button. But i guess it is for the mirrors.

He has a LE so the Defrost button is for his heated mirrors. Now if he had a CC le the button would be for the heated mirrors and the rear window. Read you owners manual.
