Can anyone tell me when 2007 Titans will be at dealerships? I'm want to buy an LE, unable to find a 2006 in the desired color and equipped as I want it. Both dealers I've been working with are telling me Novemember for orders with delivery 60-90 days after that. True or efforts to move their 2006 inventories?
Don't know about the release dates, but have you done a dealer search online for your required options? I did that and had to travel some distance to get mine the way I wanted it, but it was available. You can usually do a search from the Nissan website after you build it. Just keep expanding the search radius until one comes up that fits. Then decide if you want to travel that far or talk to one of the dealers in your area to see if they'll do a dealer swap. Sometimes to move 06's they'll go the extra mile and make room for the 07's.
I'm in Oregon and dealers are only allowed to search their region, Oregon/Washington. Unfortunately a majority of Nissan dealers don't have their new inventory online for consumers to review, so I've just contacted a California dealer to do a search in their region. I don't mind traveling for the right deal. I'll try the Nissan website and see if I can expand my search there.
Color is the problem; I want blizzard with offroad/tow packages and captain's chairs.
XE? SE? Or LE? Seat options? radio options? Anything else you want on it?
LE. Captains, heated, power. I can live with everything but the DVD package.
I tried the Nissan site again and it's keyed to area codes without distance parameters.
One dealer about a mile from my house in Pennsylvania (doesn't help you, I know) has two Blizzard SE models with BT, OR, Captain's etc. They only have one LE with BT & OR and it's in Radient Silver.
Another dealer 10 miles from me has two SE models with BT & OR, one in Red Brawn and the other In Galaxy Black.
I'll be honest with you, when I was looking, and what I have seen since that time, there were no Blizzard LE models at all. The LE 4x4's I've seen only come in Galaxy Black, Radient Silver, or Smoke. That's not to say they don't make them, but I have never seen one. You may have to spec an 07 and wait for it to come in to get it that way.
The dealers I've been using have all the dark colors in stock. I've been dealing with their Internet sales people and one just emailed me that he checked CA, which is in their region. Our other vehicles are white and I've found that doesn't show dirt to the extent of other colors and is cooler in summer sun. I guess a lot of other Titan LE buyers liked Blizzard and Silver. I just sold a 2005 F350 I didn't need to step down to a 1/2T and even though I prefer Titan's specs to their competition, maybe it's just not in the cards. I was caught at model-year end and that puts a real limit on color and equipment configuration. I even offered to pay freight for outside Oregon, but according to the dealer reps, there's nothing there I want. Could be another Ford in my future.
I bought a 2006 LE Titan, gave in on the color and took a dark one. $41k MSRP, $33.6k out the door. Everything but sunroof, step rails, bed extender and navigation.
A 2007 would have brought (from what I've read) 12 additional HP, larger front disc brakes and no factory pricing incentives. Plus a rental for probably 2-3 months. I'll live with the dark color.

Just passed the 57,000km mark!
Born on 03/04
Now it is up for sale - or at least the BFGs and the Cap!
Congrats! Wish I would have seen this sooner, I could have located you one. They just didn't want to go throught the headache, but they could have searched the entire US...
HP is the same, just rated differently.
