Hey guys! I am a new proud owner of a 2006 V8 4x4 Crew Cab red Titan!! Jut bought it last Wed, and it is my very First Truck ever!!
I have a H-D Dyna that I would like load it in the bed of the truck. What is the best way to do that? Does anyone know of a good ramp set up for this heavy bike (600lbs), considering that I will be loading and unloading the H-D to the back of the Titan by myself!
I really appreciate any imput!
Thanks a lot!

Honestly, spend the $250 on one of those cheapie harbor-freight trailers and pull it. I used one for a whole season of trackdays and pulled it around from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire without issue. In order to get a Dyna up there you'll need either a ramp the length of your entire truck or know someone with a loading dock. The Dyna has no ground clearance and with a regular ramp, you WILL hang up while riding up. You could try the arched type ramps but if you do make sure you get either a really wide one or just get two. If you plan on doing it yourself, you're gonna need good footing.
Cheers, Lee S.

i'd just buy a really small trailer if u have a harley davidson. them harleys are way to heavy and way to expensive to be loading into the back of a truck.
Best thing to do would be to contact local bike dealer. You will love all the tie down options. I love it for my bike. Try to get the type of ramp that has a channel in the center of it. It makes it a no brainer to get it in and out. Oh by the way, you really dont want to load and unload it by yourself. Although you may be able to, do you really want to take the chance of hurting you baby???
Re: The Best way to get my Harley in the Crew Cab bed??
Hey guys, unfortunatly I do not have room to store a trailer! I just have to find a ramp that would do the job... I hope someone here have done that and can give me some tips!!
Thanks

If the Dyna is an FXDX (dyna sport) it has mucho ground clearance.
I routinely load my dirt bikes into the bed of my Titan. I purchased the heavy duty ramp from http://www.readyramp.com/ and am very pleased with the ramp. Now your Harley is a heavy pig by comparison and I suggest you get some help to load and un-load it so you don't put yourself in a bad situation. It would suck to be pinned between your bike and the bed of your truck. It really helps to have another ramp or some sort of solid step-up when your loading.
Maybe if they have a 22 inch inseam . Almost all Harleys, including the Dyna models, have stock seat heights in the 24-28 inch Range. Christ, i'm only 5'6" and have never not been able to flat foot any Harley i've tried. My Daytona has a seat height of almost 33 inches and yes, on that i'm on my toes.

Re: The Best way to get my Harley in the bed???
Sorry beg to differ. I've known enough people with the fxdx that could not sit flat footed and went to a lower shock. Me included. I did not mind but later changed for looks. Harley rates it at 27.5 seat hieght with 180lb. load, with a 5.9 ground clearance. I am 5'8'' with a 32" inseam. My Kawi. ZZR 600 has only 5.7 ground clearance with a 32.3" seat hieght, no rider. Also take into account the width of the seat. A wider seat spreads the legs out farther, making them shorter. Either way loading that bike into a truck is a risky move alone. Been riding over 20 years, the only reason I ever put my bike in a truck was it was broke down.
