Don't know if i am posting in the correct forum or not. I apologize in advance if this needs to be moved.
I am about to buy a new 2006 Titan King Cab SE (Smoke color). The options are as follows:
Popular package with power caption chairs
Big Tow Package
Trac package
Floor mats
Price is $22,493.
I think this is a great deal considering the MSRP is $28,500 and invoice is $25,500. What do you think? Please respond as soon as you can, since I plan to buy this thing in the next couple of days. I am so excited! I have been wanting to buy a Titan since 2003 when the Titan was just in development and called the Alpha-T. I'll be trading in a 2001 Frontier King Cab XE with 93,000 miles on it. Looks like i'll only get about $4000-$5000, but not bad since I only paid $15,000.

Well, Got them down to $22,293. Plus he will add splash guards and a year of oil changes for free. I'm seeing if other dealer will match/beat.
What is the difference between "Steel" and "Graphite/Titanium" interior?
Both interiors have 2 shades in the seats with inner panels being slightly lighter. The steel is basically light gray and Graphite/Titanium is dark gray (not quite black in the outer parts of the seats). If I remember right, the graphite/titanium has darker gray carpet and plastic panels than the steel. Both look good - it is personal preference (the steel makes the interior lighter and more open but shows dirt more readily). I ended up with steel but tried to deal on the same exterior color with graphite/titanium at another dealer. BTW - 22,293 is an excellent price - go for it.
It had identical options to what you listed. You should DEFINATLY purchase this truck. Youre looking at almost $2800 under invoice which is great. I have had my truck for 4 months now and I still love it every day I get in it and dont feel like I got ripped off at all.
The Lake Charles, La dealer is currently offering $6000 off msrp....AS A STARTING POINT ! I bought my 2006 KC, SE for about $7000 off msrp brand new. I believe that right now, you could get a 2006 model for about the same money.
Quit wasting time....someone else might buy the truck. I have the dark interior as it was my preference but both interiors look great, the steel would just show dirt/wear easier. Good luck!!

Be smart, ditch the SE, and get a XE KC 4x4 with BT for the same price. You can add chrome, but you can't add 4wd. Most everyone I know that owns a titan is mad at themselves for not getting 4wd and BT. If you don't think you'll use it think again. I want to sell mine to buy a 4wd, wish I did it in the first place.

Can someone answer why this truck has a small slider in the back like the 2004 trucks? I thought all the 2005 and later had a wide electric rear sliding window.

Thanks for the clarification. I have my Titan for 19 months and 33,000 miles and like it as much today as the first day I drove it home. I wish you the same.....
