Should I add Line-X to my new 07' factory sprayed liner for added protection?

I have had my truck for about 5 days now and the mods are coming along great. I tried searching for this answer and did not find anything. So, should/can I have a line-X dealer "prep" my factory sprayed liner and add an additional layer of Line-X to it? My local line-X dealer has never done this and called his "rep" who told him that it is possible but would take additional time to prep/sand/roughen up the factory liner so that the Line-X would hold. He did state that there is a possibility that the factory liner could bubble up and cause the Line-X on top of it to bubble as well. I just cant decide if the VERY thin layer of factory liner is enough to help me rest easy at night. I plan to actually use my bed for my Kawasaki Brute Force 750, military gear (some very heavy), occasional trips to home depot and hunting trips. And, after hearing the horror stories of many members beds bubbling up and tearing easy, I am not feeling very secure about my factory sprayed bed. Opinions...comments...advice please. Thanks

Wait until you need it, let the manufactures warranty deal with any problems with your liner and get line x in 3 or 4 years to freshen up.

I completely agree. Not only will you be spending money unnecessarily, you will also void the warranty on the liner, and if you do in fact get bubbles down the road, Nissan won't have to bear any responsibility.

I have hauled firewood a few time and have not had one problem with the factory liner. I would not waste the money.

Haven't had a problem with my bedliner on my '04 at all. I do have a cover on it all the time so it's not exposed the to weather but I wouldn't waste my money on Line-X just yet.
