You have passes or you're just going to look at the stuff outside. I've been trying to get passes and was told only people working in the industry can get passes to actually go inside the convention center.

Correct. They are very serious about keep the public out of the show.

Actually, i know a guy who owns his own a/v shop out here. he worked on my dad's navigator and he can get me in. it slipped my mind that he could get me in last year. I'll have to call him up.

ALSO, the guy that owns THIS truck

told me (no lie) that all u need to get in is a business card for an auto company and tell them u work there.

i wanna get more ideas for my truck

Not true. They will verify with the business who you are. Similar to E3.

False. At minimum you need ID, card, business license and sometimes more.
