Today I finally got tired of having to roll down my windows when i back. My tinted windows make it impossible to see anything behind me at night. I got some narrow fog lights at walley world ($19.99) and moutned them under my bumper right above the hitch. I had a chance to take it out tonight and they sure made a difference. I think now that I like them I'll get some with a wider beam. Here's some pics of with and without the lights.

Odometer reads [b][color="Red"]487,000 miles and I'm hoping to get 500,000.
I have been delaying doing the same thing. I had back up lights on my last 3 trucks.

I was debating putting them on a switch that I could control in the cab but decided just to wire them into my reverse lights. In my old truck I had them on a switch to blind those dang tailgaters. Only problem is sometimes I'd forget to turn them off after I was backing up. Try explaining that one to the police.
ps~Don't sell your truck!!! That is one of the nicest I've seen. 4-wheel drive is nice though...
I have some too. But i mounted mine on the side of the trailer hitch receiver. With them mounted there you can't see them until you turn the lights on. they are farther apart and slighly pointed out so you can see the light behind the tires. Makes it real easy backing up the boat at night. I have mine switched so i can put them on and off at will.

I did this to a friends samuri. It proved to be quite useful on the trails and was thinking of putting one on the back of my truck. I didnt think about using 2 though..Good job
