Towed the max rating for the first time.

Or real close to it. I towed my dump trailer to the dump today. It usually weighs in around 5,000 loaded. Today i towed it with my 06 for the first time. It seemed a tad heavier than normal. I was wondering if the 06 was a little bit weaker becuase it only has 1600 miles on it compared to the 74,000 on my 04 that i usually tow with. Well when I weighed in the combined weight was 14,880. They had it packed good this time. Plus it got a lot of rain to soak into everything. The titan handled the task awesome. Even took it up the fairly steep dirt incline you have to go up to the landfill without a problem.

I'm sure it's no weaker than my 04. Remember, it's not going to get up and go like it does empty. It's normal to feel all that weight back there. You won't beat a Titan for light duty hauling....up to 9500 LBS. I've come reaaaaal close with no ill effects.

I know it does have the same power. I just never had the trailer weigh that much before. It was a 3 or 4 thousand pounds heavier than normal and it just happen to be the first time I towed it with the 06.
