Re: Front License plate with 4 piece billet grille
I've done this, but I have the DunderDan Denali style metal grill. I was able to keep the front plate and the factory front plate holder.
I bought some of those automotive style plastic push pin clips at a local hardware store that were big enough to snap through the holes in the lower grill. I then used some fat screws which self-tapped into the holes in the clips to secure the plate and plate holder to the grill.
The nice thing is I can remove the front plate, front plate holder and push pin clips and just have the grill showing like nothing was there. Also, the front plate is secure and won't come off unless you unscrew it.
All you need to do is examine how you want the front plate mounted and devise a method on how to attach it to the grill. Different grills will need different methods.
