Re: What are you guys replacing your stock tires with?
Can't go wrong with BFG All-Terrains. Everyone has their favorite tire brands and styles, but from what I've read, the BFG ATs are pretty darn good in the snow. I have MTs right now and last year I had to have them siped to help out in the snow.

Ditto on what Titan1080 says.
The BFG AT/KO's are awesome-great for off road and tame on road.
I had them on my Pathy and put them on the Titan-huge improvement over the "Rugged Trails" which are rugged in name only...IMHO

Re: What are you guys replacing your stock tires with?
I had a tough time finding much in 18" tires... I went the cheap route and bought 3 of my stock Goodyears, grabbed my spare as my 4th and just used the best of my originals for my spare... It was less than half as much as the next closest option. My stock tires were nothing great but they do the job. My truck is 99.9% a commuting rig... the .1% is for the once every other year that is snows for half a day here.

Dueler Revo's here also. I've had them for a little over six months and I can tell you it's a great tire on dry and wet road conditions. The tread is holding up nicely as well.

Re: What are you guys replacing your stock tires with?
I'm not sure how much snow and ice you have to deal with daily, but from experience I strongly recommend AGAINST BFG All Terrains as a winter tire! I had those on my old GMC Sierra and they performed extremely bad in snow/ice conditions. I later switched to Bridgestone Dueller Revo A/T's and saw a vast improvment in traction on slippery roads...
