Poor Audi thought he was a Titan...

It just rained heavily here, and since Arizona likes those dips where the flood water runs over the roads, there are 2+ foot rivers all over the place. I'm on my way to Autozone to pick up some oil and stuff for my next oil change, and I see a car with its lights off in the middle of the dip; he got through the water but apparently died on the other side.

Couple of frat guys, it looked like, just got done with their football game and thought they could drive their A4 through the water.

Did I rev the engine and nail the thing at full speed while blasting Metallica? You'd better believe it.

Andrew

its a car, what do you think would happen. I'd gladly race an A4 on the beach, or in the snow, or maybe even with a 6k pound trailer behind me

Re: Poor Audi thought he was a Titan...

Nicest thing about the Audi A4 is being able to do a 4-wheel power slide on an onramp at 75 MPH - and it sticks!!! But hey, it's a car, a hot car, but it's not a swamp buggy. Frat tools! By the way, for those who need to do this, let the salesman do it first and tell you how he had to go to 6 months of driving school to learn how to do it, and then do the same thing on your test drive back to the dealer. He was white as a sheet! Friggin priceless..... LOL!!!!
