Transmission Dropping/Clunking sound...

I notice that sometimes when I put my truck into drive (or just out of park) it makes a dropping or clunking sound (maybe grinding?). The truck has about 29K miles on it and it's a 2004. I just recently had the CST lift put on it and this was happening before it was put on. I have 100K mile warranty on the truck, but I don't want them to tell me it was caused by the lift I put on because that is bullcrap.

Any ideas, suggestions, etc?
