Talking No Fear - What's in it, what did you pay? do we know "invoice"?

I called DSI and they sell what they call a "box" kit for dealers to install. I've got several offers on trucks near invoice. I'm thinking about asking for a deal on the "No Fear" box kit as the deal maker.

I did find out there are at least two versions, one is just the wheels, lift and apperance items.

The second includes a CAI and a "Monster" cat back.

I figured out what some of the parts are but I'm missing some too:

Dune Pro-loc 17” with polished bead locks. ($400 each. On sale 4 for 3 so $1200 for 4)
Pro-comp tires (289 each. On sale 4 for 3. So 867 for 4)
Pro-Comp 6” lift (1500? 2200 with Coil overs)
N-Fab side steps ($400)
Who's Grill???? Somebody’s with a No Fear emblem on it
Banks Monster Cat back system (535)

So what's a good price for the whole thing?
With or without the CAI and Cat-back?
Anybody know what DSI charges the dealer? ( I wish edmunds had this!)
Who makes the grill?

I have a 4x2 no fear titan. Its a 05 CC. It has banks exhaust, weld racing forged rims, It did not come with coilovers, but it has them now. It has all the other lift crap, nice grill, nice running bar to get in, no fear dash setup "brushed steel gauges", pro comp 35", Its dark grey. I got it for 29,500 which I thought was ok. My wife was lot leaving that dealership without it.... so I did the best I could. I like the fact it’s all covered in case something goes wrong. I got the extended warranty on top of that, so I feel pretty good about it.

Google it and you get several sites describing it. Here's a pdf of the brochure with a listing of what's in both packages.

Not to bust balls here, but isn't No Fear a bit old? I remember when the shirts and clothing line was cool back in the early 90's but now they are about as cool as hyper color and hammer pants. Why would you want such a cheesy brand on a nice truck?

Yeah, they do look tough if ya don't read the emblems I guess I just prefer to add all the extra stuff my self. I just wish Nissan teamed up with someone better than No Fear.

Well for all you guys who dont know much about motocross. No Fear is still a huge supplier for motocross gear in this industry. If you lived in California and were rocking a No Fear truck you would be considered VERY cool by anyone who knows what thats all about. Trust me there are MANY hot chicks who love MX so even they would be lusting over your whip.

PS I am in the market for a new Titan. I am looking for a Blue 06 with CC LE. I would LOVEEEEE to fina a No Fear Titan around 30k. I would buy it tommorow. I just cant seem to find any under 38k
