Well if car fax says good then thats a start..Im new to the titan world so Im not savvy on known problems..Im sure those experts will chime in but just look for the usual when buying a used vehicle..Id take it to a diagnostic machine and have it ran see if there is anything it might pick up..take it for a test drive if not already see if it has any noticable steering issues braking or accelerating issues...If you know a mechanic that you trust have them give it a once over..it could just be a good deal its an 05 and they might just want to be rid of it...good luck to yea!

12,500 tells me his secretary fat fingered the price when she entered it into inventory. See if you can steal it for 12,500, but be sure it hasn't had the title washed in Alabama or been previously registered in New Orleans.
These go new for 19K so 12.5K is possible...but sounds like a great deal.
Seems like you could part it out for that much!

I personally prefer whatever's cheap. I'd club baby seals to death and squeeze oil from their limp little bodies if I could save a buck - Mr B
$12,500 is not a bad deal even if its Salvage...I've seen worst cars go for that price. Perhaps ask a mechanic who is familiar with Nissan or imports. After you get it add a Supercharged jk. If you dont want to deal with problems go ahead and grab a 2006 model... less headache and updated.
12,500 I would jump all over that if I was you. It does seem low to me but maybe that price is right. If so Id say get it if thats what you want.

hmmm. i got a used 05 SE king cab a month ago, with only 16K on it. but i paid about twice as much for mine....
the dealer told me that the brakes were fixed at 7k miles, plus i got a 5 year warranty w it. if i were u i'd make sure they show u when/how the brake issue was fixed.
otherwise, if you want a Titan....GET IT! i tried a couple times to get a new one before, but was shot down. eventually i was able to get into a used 05, and i love it!
theres something about the Titans that just draws you in!
Good luck!
Being that this is a used truck with 55K miles, would it still be under factory warranty?
If not, what about the known problems, like rotors and differentials? Do they have an extended warranty?
Drive train has a 5 year 60 month warranty. If you buy it get a extended warranty. Sounds a little too cheap.
