Good for you - sounds like you've got it under control.
That makes me so mad to see her messed up like that - I remember when you first ordered your truck and were desperately looking for pictures of Red Alert trucks
I would think the 1st thing they should have done was to tell me what happened before they started doing the tire change. It really bothers me they were not up-front about it. I mean after all, if someone drove your truck into a wall would you then want them changing your tires?
This world has an endless supply of boneheads. I can understand somebody making a mistake. But trying to hide the fact that they damaged your truck is inexcusable.
Talk to the manager. If he’s no help, get a bulldog lawyer. I’ve only had to use a lawyer once to settle a dispute and my lawyer was a horse’s ***. His reputation was all I needed. Just a letter from him was all it took. I got every penny I was owed (including the lawyer’s fees), and I had it less than a week after he wrote the letter.
Good luck and don’t take S**t from anybody.

Man, that is HORRIBLE!! I would have thrown a fit just like you did...Find out how much loss in value your truck incurred, make them fix the truck, give you the tires for free, and pay you in cash the loss in value as well. Fight it until they do what's right. If they don't do it, hold up poster signs outside their shop so all the customers know what is going on.
Here is a funny – when I saw my truck sitting in the service bad, jacked up off the ground and realized it had been driven into a wall, I let out a “what the f_ _ _ “ in a rather loud tone. All the mechanics scattered like roaches and I found myself standing there all by myself. I guess there was a degree of tone in my voice.
Yeah, experience has proven that it is safest to leave customers alone for awhile after they discover that their vehicle has been wrecked.
Thanks to everyone for their replies, I appreciate the insights and the motivation.
Estimate #1 was done this morning. 3 to 5 days to fix, and it totals out at $1,045.00. The body shop said there really is no need to replace the whole fender, and they could pull the fender out and end up with very little fill.
I don't want to push too much for an all new fender, because that would lower the diminished value and I want that to be high enough to cover the all new Bridgestone Revo Deulers.
I'm going to try to get out today to get another couple of estimates.

That would make me just sick to my stomach. I hope that they make everything right and make good on some Duelers for you. Just pains me to see a Titan defaced like that by idots at a tire shop. Hope it all works out well for you.
I also bought the Kumho's and had to return one to Tire Rack that was wa out!
It's a shame tire manufacturers cannot do a better job with testing and quality control so people like you and I don't have to be their field testers. I have driven trucks for a long time and this is clearly not the 1st time I have had to deal with road force issues.
I think once I got 4 good tires I would be happy withthe Kumhos, but now because of them driving my truck into a wall the whole situation is different.

You give me the creeps because I am going to the tireshop to get my tires changed tommorow and I think I am going to walk with my camera. I know people who are so picky that they would put their truck on jackstands and just change the wheels at the shop before they would go to a tireshop and have anyone mess with their truck. These people do not care about anybody's ride because you are just a number in their eyes, if you were the unsuspecting customer you would have left there with the damage and when you found the damage when you got home they would say you caused it yourself. I would get an attorney to represent me and they would have to pay for a whole lot more besides tires and bodywork.
The Kumho tires vibrate real bad at 60+ mph. As soon as I realized this I went back and they remounted and balanced them, and said the road force was not very even so they made it much better by remounting them.
Can someone fill me on on what road force is?
