Ive Sold My Titan

Well guys I hate to say this but I sold my titan this morning. I have got a house picked out and I cant afford both right now. So I am downgrading to a lower truck note. I hated to see it go. Ill be back though. To everyone that has helped me thanks very much and we have a great site here. Take care everybody!

Re: Ive Sold My Titan

Dont let the sale of your truck stop you from keeping in touch. It looks like a sweet ride, I hope whoever bought it appreciates it like you did. Houses and family come first toys come second. Enjoy the new crib.

That sucks; but a house is way more important. Good luck with everything. We'll see you soon.

How you gonna tell us that you are getting rid of your Titan and not tell us what you are replacing/replaced it with.

Re: Ive Sold My Titan

The truck will be worth 2 grand in 10 years, the house will be worth double what you paid for it. You actually made a great decision!

Buying my house was the best thing I ever did! Good luck!

Re: Ive Sold My Titan

Agreed, great decision. No point having a sweet truck if you got no house to park it in . Congrats on the house!!!

Re: Ive Sold My Titan

Absolutely the smart decision. I wish I would have realized it sooner myself. Anyway, I put off buying a new truck until we got into a home. The home gained enough equity in 6 months to pay off all my bills and allowed me to place $20K down on my Titan purchase and have plenty left over for emergencies. Oh how I wish a super charger was an emergency. Plus the interest is tax deductible.

Re: Ive Sold My Titan

A house? Nah, you could've just got the bed canopy tent from Nissan accessories and lived in that and kept your Titan.

I can see house prices in So. Cal doubling in less than ten years, but in Mississippi? Yikes! And I thought people where moving out of places like that to places in the southwest like So. Cal.

Ya belive it or not houses are going straight up here also. Its hard when im fixing to get married, and buy my first house at the same time. Coast of living goes up but they hardly pay you more. Doesnt make since to me!

Re: Ive Sold My Titan

Don't worry about the finances too much. I found it was cheaper for me to purchase a $500,000 home in NorCal than it was to rent. I save a ton on Taxes. I'd bet I could get a really nice house in most parts of Mississippi for that much money. Here in the Greater San Francisco Bay area, it gets me a 2 bedroom townhouse.
