Nissan.com court hearings
I wanted to go the Nissanusa.com sight, and instead typed in just nissan.com and got this sight for a comp. company that has been sued by nissan because of the name. the article is pretty good, worth reading, it makes me sick when large companies do this to the smaller ones. there is an Ice Cream shop in my area, called the Krispy Kream, which has been there for over 30 years and is now being sued by Krispy Kreme Donuts. it's total BS.

He seems to have all his ducks in a row. Nissan shouldnt win. Just depends on how much the judge is willing to take under the table!
