Foglights on with parking lights
I was thinking, what if I used something else to tie in to for power like the defogger switch. I would be heating up the mirrors and the back window. I'm not even sure this would work or what fuse it would be. I just want to use another switch so I can have control of the fog lights when ever I want.

Re: Fog lights

Nissan OEM Foglight Switch mentioned earlier is P/N 999F1-6E000 SW EXT KIT-TRUCK/PATHFINDER.

I have control of my foglights whenever I want, FL come on with parking lights but I can turn the FL off if I chose with the switch on the headlight stalk.

Will that work with the Jumper MOD in the fuse box? I thought that MOD would power the FL and you couldn't turn them off once the Parking Lights were on.

No, if you do the "jumper" mod you loose the switch. I re-wired mine with a relay and use the factory switch to throw the relay.

Re: Fog lights

I'm not the best at figuring this stuff out but if someone can PM me and try to explain it, I think I can do it. Pictures would help also. I dont want to start tearing things apart unless I know what I'm doing. Thanks
