I've been hanging out here for a little over a month now and I figured it was time to come out and say hello. Thank you all for your very informative posts. All the reading that I have done has made it hard but exciting while I sit and wait for my Titan. Hard because I want to experience the fun that you owners are having, but exciting because of the anticipation of the day I roll off the dealers lot with that beautiful truck.
I tried to get into a Titan in early Dec., but the dealer was not willing deal so I had to walk. Since then, I probably had to walk out on 3 or 4 deals until a dealer finally decided to make a sale. I took over an order that the dealer had placed in Dec. for a Smoke CC,4X4,bed,RF w/power,offroad,BT,AB pkg. I'm glad I waited because I got exactly what I wanted, just have to wait a few more days. I can't wait to show my brothers the new purchase(both are dodge owners, also dad is a ford owner).
I too have been hanging out just reading the posts. Hello from Florida. The forum has been awesome hearing everybodies experience and a great way to get information. I am currently trying to sell my Mazda before I go get my Titan. The dealer tried to give me half of what KBB.com's Fair Cond. Trade-in...I walked. When she sells, there will definately be a TITAN CC sitting in my driveway.
Great forum... been reading this week after buying a Deepwater Blue (although my friends prefer to call it green) KC SE 4x4 with the popular package. Got a good deal through the VPP program. Bought it without driving it or any other Titan or Armada ! That might sound stupid but we've been happy with the reliability of our 96 Pathfinder. The production date is 11/03 so I call 1-800-Nissan1 to get addtional info on the spash guard issue. I mentioned the coin tray... no satifaction... they don't make them anymore. I guess I'll try a bit later. Super vehicle, almost as fun to drive as my BMW 328i, but it's winter here in CO
I just love the monochromatic background on that snow shot. Someone else uses a picture of their smoke in the snow. Snow really sets the Titan off. Great shot!

Thanks for the compliment, Tony...glad you like it! Actually, the last time I saw snow was in the Tetons in '99... I took that pic yesterday here in very snowless South Alabama-I took the pic in the parking lot of the ballfield, cut out my truck with photo edit software, did the effect in B/W on the background and then softened the background with a soft glow effect. Had to clone a couple of light poles out too... didn't intentionally try to 'snow' ya I love doing digital manipulation, so look for some pretty wild Titan pics in the weeks ahead...just as soon as I can stay out of my Titan long enough to do some Titan projects...

Welcome aboard.... Nice choice on the truck... that's my exact color, body style and options... I couldn't be happier. It sounds like you negotiated a great deal too.... nice work - Patience is a good thing sometimes.
