Hauling Capacity

I'm building a new house and I need to pick up a large quantity of tile. Can anyone tell me what is the SAFE weight limit for loading the bed?

Re: Hauling Capacity

Max payload for KC is 1484 LBS, per Nissan's brochure.

I've hauled a 2000 LB pallet of wood pellets in mine with no problems at all. I just wouldn't do it on a regular basis.

Re: Hauling Capacity

I have hauled around 2500-3000 lbs. in my truck before. It was a pallet of grass, I personally would not recomend it though. It felt like the front end of my truck was off the ground. Going any faster than 50mph was out the question, it handled horrible. But I did manage to make it home and get two more pallets in the process.
