There are several threads on what seems to be the same problem, but I can't seem to find anyone who's found the source. It's happening to me now - a clunk or soft thud that sounds and feels like it could be coming from down at your feet.
Could be inside or outside, I can't say for sure - not loud enough to notice with the radio on, and I can't seem to hear it with the window open. It's very similar to the sound of the key fob hitting the dash actually (but that's not it). I've been desperately trying to track down the culprit for a while now - I can replicate the noise sometimes when accelerating, but it's most prominent when going over small bumps or rough patches in the road.
It actually almost sounds like something moving back and forth - there's a louder and softer version of the noise...
have you loooked under your truck and see if anything is under there?

Yeah, I've checked all over the interior, door, floorpans (as much as possible)...as well as underneath - suspension, steering, balljoints, arms, framerails, exhaust. I'm still totally stumped. Everything seems to be tight and present, yet that sound is still there, hehe.

Put a vacuum in the "under the seat air vents"... I had a golf pencil in one of mine rolling around that drove me crazy until I figured it had to be inside that vent. Maybe something is inside of yours?
I have the same issue. I haven't figured it out, so if anyone figures it out, let us know.
Double-check the frame nut to the cab AND esp. the two 14mm gold colored nuts right next to it, on the drivers side. I've seen a few new Titans and one of the 2 14mm nuts was hand tight. Let us know...

Yes I to have experienced this problem on numerous occasions. I thought it was just because of my lift. It happens when I go offroading. I thought it was the trac bar or just the body flexing.

Mine's a KC, so the under-seat air-vents aren't the culprit (don't have any =)
I'll double-check all the undercarriage bolts tomorrow, but they all seemed snug. Planning on doing another sweep through the interior too.
Been doing a lot of driving for work lately, and so far - I can hear the noise when the driver's window is up, and down maybe an inch or two - any further and it disappears, although I can't tell if it's just the wind noise drowning it out, or if the door/window is the culprit.
Other than that, not much new - it definately sounds like something either shifting, swinging, or rolling back and forth, with one distinctly louder thud, as well as a softer one. And yeah, it doesn't happen all the time - which is why it's so hard (and infuriating) to track down...
