Re: Best of Titantalk
Cool, so the dealer would be willing to do this w/o it affecting my warranty or anything?

Re: Best of Titantalk
It's hit or miss...really depends on the dealer.
It should not affect your warranty...that is why it is limited to only 2 degrees. The ConsultII keeps it within warantied specs.

Just go to advanced search and search for "timing" in "threads", and start reading.
Here's a good place to start:
http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tita...ghlight=timing
Not to be smart, but there are a LOT of comments - For me, it seems to be much peppier off the line and in low RPM's (under 3k).
And, there are more threads on CT and TS...
EDIT -- oops, not the one I thought. but, you get the idea. There is a sticky on CT / Performance mods you may be interested in, too...

A Document Fee is what the dealers want to charge YOU the buyer to have their dealership personnal write up the various paperwork.
I've never paid it, and you shouldn't either. Someone posted that a $50.00 fee is acceptable....to them maybe, not to me.
Threaten to walk unless dealer removes/lowers it.
HA Reed Nissan tried hitting me with this $75 fee...they lost the deal on that. Hell the finance guy said it was required by law.
