Obviously, this broad was not my sister. My sister woulda blown past you at 90, never thinking twice about you being in the place where she wanted to be on the road. She would have ignored you (because you were only doing 62) and gone right past you like you weren't even there.

You know you had a great night last night when you make it home the next day missing at least 1/2 of your clothes.
I'm going to start up a soup kitchen. That way I can be first in line.
My work vehicle is a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan with "Waterlase Dentistry" on the sides and back. I drive about 70K miles per year and see some of the worst drivers in the USA right here in greater San Francisco Bay area.
The Mini van I drive gets no respect on the road and I am constantly having to drift away from people that are drifting into me while reading the the van graphics.
People move out of the way more often when I'm driving the Titan. I guess that big grill in their rear window and the mean exhaust note is a little menacing.
Anyway, I hate people that slow down unexpectedly in the middle of intersections. I hate red light runners. I particularly dislike people who cannot merge into traffic.
Next time when this happens, drive right up to them and give a big smile and blow a big kiss. Watch the reaction on their faces! It blushes up real quick. This is how to handle a woman.

Don't forget the left-lane right turners and right-lane left turners, the left lane bandits, the ones who drift from the inside lane to the outside lane at two/three-lane intersections, the rush hour lane jumpers, and the eating-talking on the cell phone-reading the newspaper-shaving-make-up applying-hair fixing types who are doing everything but paying attention.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.' That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand that...

i loathe mini-van drivers almost as much as i hate the drivers who exit from the passing/far left lane.
One of my biggest pet peeves is when you let another driver in (i.e. they're leaving the gas station, etc and you slow down so they can enter traffic) and they flip you off b/c they got tired of waiting...
glad to see you kept your cool...i'm learning to do the same now. but it gets so hard w/ all the idiots out there
I hate all people who happen to be driving along the same stretch of roadway that I am.... Well, except other Titan drivers.
This is the real truth of the matter. It aggravates all of us to encounter other drivers who don't drive the way WE do. It's just a human nature thing I guess.

This is in no way a slight to women in general or minivan drivers, but this broad in a Chrysler GC this morning sure didn't help your image any.
It was early and traffic was light on the highway. Cars were well spaced and moving nicely. I had my cruise control set on 62 and was approaching my exit. I noticed headlights coming up behind me, not fast, but slowly gaining on me. Near my exit, a minivan pulls out to pass as I kill the cruise, put my signal on and let the truck coast a little toward the offramp.
As I'm slowing down, she pulls her side slider even with my front bumper and slows down as well. Now I'm wondering what the he11 she's doing. She starts waving, motioning that she wants to get over in front of me, like people do sometimes in slow bumper-to-bumper traffic during rush hour. I'm like, "WTF, lady?! There's nobody in front or behind me for half a mile, at least. Don't you know where your brake pedal is to tuck in behind me? If you're getting off at this exit, why'd you even start passing me?"
At this point, I'm on the ramp entrance approaching the curve and she's still aside of me, motioning me that she wants over. So I back off a little to let her in. She hits the brakes hard like she just saw a kid run into the street chasing a ball and veers over in front of me without even being clear! I swerve to the right onto the shoulder and come almost to a stop as she continues up the ramp.
When we go around the ramp and onto the road again, it's a four-lane near the local airport. I pull into the passing lane to prepare for my left turn into the industrial park, and she's keeping up with me in the slow lane honking the horn to get my attention so she can use her driving finger on me. I just look at her and shake my head....
Euthanization for stupid people...... ...... Let's try to make it happen people. Your support will help.
Oh it is a woman thing! Soccer moms driving vehicles they can't handle usually. All because their hubbys want them in largish vehicles for safety reasons. You'll find those testing their lack of driving skills in things like Tahoes, Excursions, Land Rovers etc.
That lady was lucky it was you. I'd have riddin' her so she would have missed the initial exit.

Re: Some people = Too dumb to live....
This is funny... I got to reading this thread and this very morning I had an incident with a dame in a Honda Pilot that had some kind of ski case on top of it.
I come from a secondary highway (2-lane with just a few stoplights) to a freeway in my commute. At the last stoplight, I'm first in line and she's behind me.
I notice something funny while I'm waiting for the light. The headlights on the Pilot are bobbing up and down.... This jerkette is trying to jam me! She's back there, letting it roll an inch, then jabbing the brakes. This used to be a sign for us old hotrodders on two-laners to say, "Hey, let's see if your car is faster than mine!"
So I check 360 real quick for safety reasons (and to verify that the local constabulary is not watching this light today). I don't road race any more, but it is fun to practice sometimes.
I crossed the intersection on the green light in a safe manner, careful of course to have full control of my vehicle. I notice the Pilot's lights jump up, indeed verifying that this person has attempted to accelerate from the stoplight in an unsafe manner. At this point I decided it would be safer to simply pull away slowly, so I drove away from her at a safe speed until I got to the split to the freeway.
The Pilot is WAY back in the mirrors at this time. I set the cruise and roll at a safe speed for a while, and the Pilot is finally even with me. I look over at her, and she is making all these rude gestures at me. Why? I don't know. Maybe I am a conservative-minded jerk and I have done something offensive and heinous like have an American flag on my rear window. I'm surprised at this display, so I just smile and politely wave. She is further infuriated and attempts to blind me with the raw power of the Pilot. It goes wwweeeeEEEEEEEEEEEE and slowly begins to pull away. Perhaps it was being held back by the wind resistance of that ski case.
Oh, by the way, the name on the ski case: "Thule". Isn't that pronounced, "Tool?" So I guess the "tool-ette" was having a bad day... but why? Beats me.
