i see there has been some talk about me , and i just wanted to clear some things up with us SS guys. I know some of us can get out of line sometimes with internet racing but lets bury the hatchet . i know some of you titans can beat an SS and vice versa. We are all on the boards because we love our trucks . Every brand has its loyal owners and no one likes to lose. I know there will be some future arguments but honestly who cares . You win some you lose some. just gives you an excuse to mod your truck more.! anyway ill stop my preaching.
Hopefull you guys get the vortech blower out for your truck with capability to tune it. Vortech's can put down some great #'s. I have had good luck with mine, i have upgraded about everything on the basic kit but thats whats cool is the ability to upgrade. im also a member on SSS.com named 04chase. Here are some pics of my rig.
its got more than a few mods. right now best et is 11.94 @ 109.9 on 22 inch wheels ( still pulled a 1.65 60 ft). maybe see some of the titan guys come out to california speedway street legal drag races on the 13th of january .
here are a few previous vids . yes i put one SS down but also some hemis( ones blown and ones got nitrous)
I'm not a flame guy at all, but I do like those...
I'm one of those guys who thinks all the trucks nowdays are pretty dang good, and they keep getting better!
I like the "cats eye" look of the Chevys, but in the Pre-runner version....you know like Robby Gordons race truck...
I also like a little cross-posting from other truck owners, even a little ribbing as long as it's good natured.
Nice truck!

Welcome Chase---Respect due(One of the fastest Blown Awd SS) and I hope we guys can learn a lot from each other because that is what it is all about. We have both a Titan and an '05 Chevy Truck in my garage and I am sure on the Titan forums there are a lot of other combinations LOL !! My wife would not let me mod the Chevy because she has seen what I have done on the Titan and is afraid of what might happen, especially with the Chevy's great aftermarket support.
I agree with you that the Vortec blower would be well worth the wait when it comes out because I have seen it in action and it ain't easy but until then we will just keep doing the little things to make these Big bricks faster and hopefully one of these days we all will be running below 10 sec 1/4 miles !!
Hello Chase...as a long time member of SilveradoSS.com (mwarren) and obviously a former owner, and now a Titan owner, I want to thank you for clearing the air. There are a lot of great and fast trucks between the two sites. Everyone has their own opinion on vehicles...and I personally think you have one of the sweetest SS that I have come across.
welcome to the forum...nice truck...any pics up under the hood?

Very nice SS I must say! That is, by far, one of the best flame jobs I've seen. Most look ridiculous...but this, this is bad arse stuff. Your 1/4 time is also quite impressive. Great stuff...gotta admire a nice truck when you see it.
Hey, loufish...I do agree...I like the "cat's eye" look of the older model Chevys...the new ones look much too blocky like a lot of other vehicles are lately. I prefer it when each truck has its own unique look: the Titan, F-150, Ram, and Silverados.
i do have some underhood pics but they are dirt ones, i just relocated about half of the stuff under my hood so ill get pics of that soon , for now here is what i have
i have now a nitrous set up , relocated intake , relocated battery , added an ice box .
