Ripped Carpet...easy fix?
I was installing my amps and cuttin into the carpet well I guess I went with the grain in one area and the knife just went through... I mean its not too bad but I was wondering if there was a way to join the cut carpet again or do they make a kit or something to fix torn carpet?

It's the tape they use to make seams in your home. If you can get to the back side you just use an iron to heat and melt the glue. When they do it in a home they slide the iron on the tape while it's under the rug and slide along as they close and put weight on it. Maybe go to a carpet store and see if they can hook you up with an installer and give him a few bucks to do it for you.
Yes you san sew it (curved needle) do it from the back side or you'll see the stitches. Clint
