Are all Tire Pressure Sensors the same???

I have an 04 LE with the NAV package and am wondering if all Tire Pressure Sensors are the same? Meaning can I get a set from an 05 XE and will they still display the pressure or just operate the warning light?

Thanks in advance...

Re: Are all Tire Pressure Sensors the same???

I haven't heard of any differences between the years. I have heard from a dealer tech that they need to be calibrated when intially installed. I figure that's just a ploy to get you in for a $35.00 charge. But others on here have had issues with them as well. Most issues are when they are removed and they throw a code. I would think they are interchangable.

I do know the 06 part number is different than the 04-05 and has a lower price.
