Cool Cargo Light

Ok I have a Stupid question. How exactly or can you get the Cargo light to come on to use at night. I know it comes on when I open the Door but If I am unloading the Bed & want the light to come on so I can work how exactly can you do this? How about the lights in the Bed how do they work when you want them? Seem that everytime I need them they wont come on & everytime I dont need them they are on! Reversed to me!

Re: Cargo Light

Below the steering column, to the left, there are two switches. The one on the left will say "cargo". That is the toggle for the cargo light to stay on. and if you accidentally turn it on and leave it on, it will not kill your battery because it goes off automatically after 15 minutes or so.

The tailgate light, that also goes on with this switch. You can also hit the "unlock" button on your fob to activate it for 15 seconds to unload the last couple items.

Re: Cargo Light

Nice polite answer... Sometimes those simple little things can seem to get lost in the shadows, or under the spokes of your steering wheel and you just don't see them. Nice job Blackbeauty.
