Price

Good evening. I have been following the threads for a while. I am thinking about dumping my 06 F 150 (piece of junk) and picking up a new 06 Titan.

I am quoting the voice mail that I recieved from an internet sales manager in Fairfax Virginia

For an SE with 4 x 4, spray in bedliner , floor mats, power pkg, and big tow OTD price would be $29,593.00

That seems high to me for a leftover 06.

any opinions? thanks

Sounds about right for an 06 4X4 SE to me. The OTD price includes tax tags and title so.....I'd take it.

Re: Price

Are you talking about a KC or CC? If for a KC, that 's too much. I got mine for 27K all tax, title, and fees. If for a CC, it sounds fair. Remember, it's a leftover. It's already 07.

Re: Price

To put that into perspective, I paid less than that for a 2007 LE BT KC 4x4.

Re: Price

For reference, Carmax in White Marsh has an 07 SE 4X4 w/Popular pkg, tow, bedliner and floor mats for $28,268. Add tax, title on top of that to get OTD price.

Re: Price

Rule of thumb for discusiing price...never post OTD prices...some states have close to 10% taxes on vehicles others have almost nothing.

Leads to apples to oranges.

10% taxes? What state has that?...other than sales tax, tags and title, that should be it.

Re: Price

8.8% Sales Tax, + Licensing Fees...If you lived in seattle we had the 2% monorail tax tacked on to licensing...so actually over 10%.

WA state everywhere is damn close to 10%

Oh ok...yeah we all have sales tax, tag fees or registration fees as well. But his OTD price included all that so I think he's got a good deal....especially for a CC.
