I just installed my new driving lights on my 04 Crew Cab Se. I am using the switch/relay harness that came with it and would like to tab the power for the switch from the parking light wire( red w/ blue stripe?) located under the the hood in the fuse box. I just don't know exactly where this wire is located and I see two fuse boxes. I if any one has pictures of there wire tap I would aprreciate it.

This wire that you are looking for is at the headlight assembly. Pretty easy to get to without having to remove the headlight. Just splice into it and wire it to your relay and it will act as the trigger for your fog lights.

Thanks for the tip. My wire harness came with a switch that mounts to the dash and the power supply from the parking light is routed to the switch first which then can trip the relay. I may have to extend the wire lead from this switch in order to pick up the power over by the headlight. I have had problems in the past doing this because of poor connections or voltage drops. Can you identify any wires closer to the firewall that I may be able to tap off. They should be hot only when the ignition is on.
Here is a diagram of how I ran mine. When wired this way, the fog lights work any time that the parking lights are on. The white wire going to the switch is the one that I tapped into the parking light wire. When the switch is turned on, it will energize the green wire and will trigger the relay. The brown ground wire on the switch would only be needed if you have a lighted switch. It should be about the same distance from the switch to the left parking light as it would be to the fuse/relay boxes by the battery. The red/blue wire comes off of terminal 57 from the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room)
I have had mine wired this way for over two years now, and have not had a bit of trouble with them.
