With the Titan you can launch wide open throttle at the track and rarely break traction assuming they prep the track.

I'll just go step by step.

You have to pre-stage...then stage. You inch forward and the top yellow comes on when you are pre-staged....inch slightly forward and the second yellow will light. STOP!

As soon as both vehicles are staged the lights will drop. They drop in .5 sec intervals. There are three yellow lights....as soon as your eyes register the third yellow light...launch. This will give you reaction times of about .2 typically.

I have found that stalling up to about 1300 rpms works best for me. When your staged...hold one foot on the brake to keep her still....one on the gas...bring it up to about 1300...when that third yellow lights floor it!!! Hold it there for the entire run.

Putting the truck in 3rd or turning the tow button on will not do anything for you.

As for burn outs...unless you have racing slicks don't bother...UNLESS...you are forced to run through the water....if so you need to get that water out by doing a burn out.

Also...if you have a chance...look at the path to the start...if you are accumulating anything on your tires...do a couple second burn out to clean them.
