think someone bought a tru-trac?
btw can you get a tru trac with different ratios? say the 3:36 so you can tow more?

I didn't post it I just came across it looking for a trailer hitch and relays, I was just curious if you could swap out the gears in the rear end if you didn't have the BT package.

Adding a Tru-Trac doesn't replace the R&P, FYI, only the spider gears which don't affect your gear ratio.

Without Big Tow the ratio is 2.94-1

With Big Tow, it's 3.31 (or 3.36) -1


Now consider what a 5 speed auto does with that ratio...
