Remote start problem - Please help

Hi, I am a little new at this but I need help.

Have a 2004 Titan that came with a fob with remote start already installed, I purchased this truck in Oct 2006 (used). The remote start worked fine when I purchased the truck - hit the button, the truck starts right up. Now it just wont work right, I hit the button, the truck tries to start (like your turning the key) but it just won't turn over. I am afraid I am going to hurt the truck (maybe reducing the life of the starter) if I continue to try to start it with the remote.

I would say weather has something to do with it (it is very cold) but it even does the same thing when the temp is above freezing. Other than that I have no troubles starting the truck with the key.

Oh and no, I haven't made any adjustments to my truck

Your battery in the truck my be getting low, I had a poor ground and it drain the battery. The key would start the truck, but the remote start would only turn it over briefly. Also it may need the tach wire conected if it is not.
