Exhaust noise when cold

For the past month when the Truck is cold I have a noise that sounds like an exhaust leak. When truck warms up the noise is still there just not very loud. Brought it in today and they said it was my baffle. The truck only has 38000 miles and I think this stinks. I have extended warranty but it does not cover the baffles.

Has anybody else experienced this?

If I have to replace the baffle then duel exhaust will go on. From what I've read BB or Banks sounds like the way to go.

Thanks
Kelvin
