Questions on 3rd Brake fix???

I posted this in the Brake Recall Info. Sticky but it was on page 28 and I got no responses.

My 2005 Titan CC went for its 3rd brake repair today and also a leak under the master cylinder. They told me I have to leave it because of the leaking hose and because they have to overnight the front Rotors for the permanent brake fix that I made sure that I mentioned when I brought it in. They said they are just replacing the rotors in front and brake pads in front only because there wasn't any issues with the rear brakes?? I thought that the permanent fix calls for new rotors and new brake pads in front and resurfacing the rear rotors and new brake pads in rear??? Am I mistaken???
In the TSB for the brake fix under actions, it clearly says to do all that I stated above. After I talked with the service manager, He said that he is aware of the TSB's and not everyone coming in with a brake issue gets pads and rotors all the way around. I told him It didn't say anything about replacing the rear rotors unless they can't be resurfaced!!!!! I left it at that and called Nissans Consumer Affairs and complained to them (only because I didn't like his attitude). We'll see what happens. The dealer use to be O.K. Looks like I have to find a different dealer. My Truck is currently at Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River, New Jersey.
Am I reading the TSB wrong for the permanent fix or what??? Please let me know if this is what you recieved with your 3rd and final brake repair??? Thanks, Eddie

Re: Questions on 3rd Brake fix???

Obviously you want to get everything you can, but my rear brakes barely show any wear. Depending on mileage, your rear pads & rotors may be essentially in new condition. Turning good rotors down w/o reason is generally not a good idea.

Re: Questions on 3rd Brake fix???

Thanks for the reply. I was basically reading the actions on the TSB and it also says replace the rear brakes with the NEW brake kit. Oh well, whatever it is it is. I just didn't want to get screwed over. Thanks again for the reply. Eddie
