The headlights are cool I guess, there already pealing, so there starting to look like crap after only a few months on the truck. I'm thinking about painting the inside of the stock lights black.
Bumpers should be built within the next few weeks, probably after the Expo on Oct. 6th/7th, then off to paint in November, hopefully.
The only other things I may do are pulleys, headers and hi-flow cats. Next year might be a diffrent story
Well thats a tough 1, I really like the way the look, but the clear coat is pealing after a very short amount of time. Thats the only downside to these. I'm planning on painting the truck soon, so I may try and shoot them with clearcoat and see if it will stick, just not sure if it will or not.
funny thing i actually had the bedsides refilled in from where i cut them up so could run a stock bumper again, def cant wait to see what you come up with.
I had no idea you even responded to this thread, it doesn't get much action, problably cause its diffrent than most trucks on here.
I dropped the truck off at G-Machine in Signal Hill friday night to have them build me the rear bumper and mount soild mount my front fenders cause I was TIRED of dealing with the ****ty Glassworks glass.
They figured it would only take 6 hours, well 12-14 hours later it was done. They were having the same BS problems I was having when I got sick of dealing with it.
I have to keep the hitch to tow the Ranger out, problem is that the damn thing sits so low that I'm not sure I like the bumper, the fab work is somewhat what I wanted, the problemis that the hitch is so low that the bumper looks HUGE.
honestly bro, in my opinion, i'm not feeling it. jason is def a cool guy and i KNOW he does great work so i don't want to dis his work or anything, but i just don't see it. can you get some wider shots from the back and side?
i was having the same issues with the tow hitch, your probably going to have to do what tim did at dmz for petes truck to get it to look the way you want and have it not hang so low. thats why i just said fucck it and put the stock bumper back on.
what problems were you having with the glass?
edit: i just realized if you cut up the tow hitch you will have an issue keeping the spare under the bed i think? hmmm

I think we can cut the hitch and take out an inch or 2, but thats it.
I'm not feeling it either, and I told Jason right away, we spent about an hour looking at it and came up with a few idea's. I like shape edges on my trucks, and I had told him what I wanted with the lower tube, well he did something diffrent than what I asked for and I think thats what makes it look so huge, well 1 of the things.
I think if we were to do it similar to how I have it in paint it might look better, Jason wants to build a hitch into the bumper, but I'm not sure if I like that Idea. I really dont want to worry about if its strong enough, I'm sure it will be, but that 1st tow is going to mess with my head. The truck is going back to GMR soon to get a front bumper, so I'm hoping to have Jason adjust the rear while its there.
So well see what happens.
To the guy with the RG's For Sale, can you post up some pics for me to see?
