Which shiny bumper, if your talking the front I sold it to a fellow TT member. If you want the rear, I'm probably gonna put it up For Sale in a few days.
Bumpers should be done within the next few days, in the mean time, here are a few update's as of last night:
yep, wasn't sure if you got that fixed or were just gonna wait untill you got your prerunner bumper fabbed up. my rear only has a small ding in it at the moment so it's still good, my front, we'll it lost
New pics
What do you guys think of how the lower tube is set up on the rear bumper. The last pic is how I'm thinking it would look better. Whats your opinion?
ehhh. I didn't think version 1 was that bad - I kinda liked it. With the damn hitch that low it's never gonna look right, I'm afraid. Any way to bring the hitch up (and just use a huge drop to keep the trailer realistic)?

The only thing that could have been done with the hitch was to section it. Then go back in and gusset the hell out of it, only problem is that I didnt really want to be worried about the strenght when I have my Ranger and Trailer behind me.
AII...i took the hitch off of my brother in law's QX56 (which i would assume is the same as the armada) and it seems as though it sits higher than yours. if im not mistaken, it comes up to the level of the spare tire. i had to rip the bumper off just to get the hitch on. leaving the bumper on would NOT allow the hitch to go in, and because i needed to tow my buddies car to the track, i did it. and now im to lazy to switch it back. ill get you pics when i can.
All I plan on doing is paint and another front suspension, oh and gears for the stock rear end.
In all reality, I'm gonna paint the truck, get new suspension front and rear, headers, hi-flo cats, Wilwood breaks on 4 corners, Curry 9 inch, 3 Hella HID's.
lowlypawn-I doubt I saved any weight, if anything I might have added some, I'm not really concerned with weight.
