Bad front pinion seal

Well I went to leave this morning and as I pulled the truck out of the drive I noticed a oil stain on my new driveway. Got out to take a look and smelled like differential fluid. Took the truck to the dealer (30 minutes away) and sure as heck a bad pinion seal on the front differential. Needless to say not to happy for 2006 with only 13000 miles.

Anyone else had this issue??
