Question Broken motor mount

I took my 2004 king cab in for the rear door wiring recall. When I went back to pick up the truck the service guy said they had noticed a broken motor mount. He quoted $200 bucks to fix it, which leads me to suspect it is a fairly simple repair. The last time I fixed a motor mount was on a 1965 Impala and it wasn't too hard- does anyone know what the procedure would be on a Titan?

Re: Broken motor mount

I mounted my remote oil filter to my pass. side motormount. There's lots of room to work. Maybe even easier than that old Impala.

Why isn't that a warranty item, drivetrain? You over 60K?

Re: Broken motor mount

If you want to save some $. You could probably repair the mount. You will feel more vibration from the motor, but the mount will be more solid.
