Finally got to pull someone out

It has been raining here for the past couple of days, so some of my baseball players and students decided they would go mudding. There were three of them, a 05 Z71, an 03 f250, and an 03 tacoma, all 4x4. Well the z71 gets buried to the axles so the 250 tries to pull him out and gets stuck also. so they send the guy in the tacoma to get me to pull them out. i get there and pull the 250 out and then hook up to the z71. i pulled it out pretty easy. then i had to show them up a little bit and go through the same mud hole they got stuck in. went through it no prob. then i had to pull out another truck that had gotten stuck. i did all of this with the crappy stock tires, i can't wait until i get my new tires. thought ya'll might enjoy. i was going to take video, but my camera was dead and the wife has the other camera, so no pics. sorry

Re: Finally got to pull someone out

ha ha. You should make em run lines now.
actually, scratch that...they did the right thing and sent the remaining vehicle back for help.

Wish I was that smart when I was that age.

Re: Finally got to pull someone out

The F250 is too much of a tank to do well off road. Suprised the Chevy had issues, they usually do well.

Re: Finally got to pull someone out

go to the mudhole with the camera and someone to take pics of you doing a replay of your mud run now that would be cool to see.

Re: Finally got to pull someone out

I'll try to make it back out there tomorrow, but water doesn't stick around west Texas too long, so I don't know if it will still be muddy or not.

LMAO! I saw this thread title and thought, "Wow! Finally someone with the same problem as me!"

But it's only a stuck F250 story..... I'll keep looking for the help I need. If anyone would like to make a donation........
