I know, I know, yet another tire question.

I'm sorry for adding another tire question thread but I think I have read every other post on the forum and I'm not confident that I can make the right decision yet.

I have a 04 Titan LE CC currently without a leveling kit.

I want to buy a set of BFG T/A KO tires in size 305/65/18 for my stock 18” wheels. I currently have a leveling kit ordered but I need to get new tires before it is installed. (Current tires are very bald) Question: Will these tires fit without a leveling kit for a short time or should I try and tuff it out with bald tires until the kit is installed?

Thanks

I don't know personally, but IMO you should put on the new tires and just deal with any rubbing issues until you get your leveling kit on. Bald tires are bad news, especially if those are the stock Goodyears.

Re: I know, I know, yet another tire question.

How much wider are those tire from the stock goodyears and how well will they fit the stock 18" rim?

Re: I know, I know, yet another tire question.

Who wants to possibly damage $1000 worth of tires?? I'd either tuff it out, or try and get the level kit in sooner. They only take 1 to 2 hrs to install with basic tools, and a tall floor jack

Re: I know, I know, yet another tire question.

From reading other post i dont think the width is going to be a problem for the stock wheel.
