Another Night at the Track (pics and vids)!!!!

went to the track again last night.... i am in the process of posting the timeslips and the videos i have... should be up in a few...

made 4 runs, averaged 14.9

my buddys dodge ran a 13.9... truly amazing....

beat a mustang GT, though the wifey was in the bathroom and thus didnt tape it.. go figure...

it was almost 70 degrees and really humid... maybe thats why i averaged 3 tenths slower? or maybe the leveling kit is killing my aerodynamics.. who knows, all i know is i had fun....

Is the dodge a 1500? Year and mods please? I have a friend with a 1500 KC Ram with exhaust and chip who wants to race all the time..

there were 2 dodges... the one on the yellow slip is a 2006 2500 mega cab with the cummins and a programmer (bully dog i think).... he is fast, the "red dodge" on the white slip is either around an 04 year model extended cab with the cummins and an intake and exhaust....

Yeah Stunt...the Temp wasn't bad but too much moisture in the air. Back in November I hit the track...never had posted a time slip above 15 seconds. Well that night with 96% humidity....I never went below 15 seconds. I was a tad irritated!!! But what can you do!!!! It's still fun!!!

yep... i was a little dissappointed at first because my first run was a 15something... but then i realized that the other 3 runs were only 3 tenths off my best, with that humidity, i dont thinks thats bad... not to mention i get up there for the first time that night and the tree was different... insted of yellow, yellow, yellow green... it was all yellow, green.... screwed my r/t up big time.... i was punching it when the yellow lights even thought about coming on and i could only get a .9 r/t

LoL....they used the Pro Competition lights....yes...they did it to me once.....and me and the other driver sat there for almost 2 seconds....thinking...WTF???

They just got done with Motorcycles...and forgot to change it back to a full tree.

the motorcycles ran off and on all night so maybe it was just too much hassle to change the lights?? also the time boards werent working....

yeah too bad... there is another member on here form jacksonville... i think it is delta15 or something like that... maybe we can all get to the track sometime...

Nice times!! Especially, for the conditions and being stock. 65'ish degrees with 70'ish % humidity.... ouch.. humidity kills! Coastal Plains is at 50ft above sea level? Wow... I wish I could see what I'd run there.

I run 14.9's in nearly identical conditions at 880ft above sea... and I've got plenty of mods (traction probs to but i'll fix that soon). Damn... I need me an 07!! They are definitely underrated.

I think if your 07 had similar mods to mine you would be easily popping off extremely low 14 sec 1/4's. Maybe 13.9'ish with ideal weather conditions.

Thats amazing how something that big can move!!! Too bad you can't park it anywhere out here in Los Angeles without some turd hitting it with his bucket accidently and running away in his bucket. Thats why I like my truck...big enough but yet...agile.
