Angry Having Issues with my Duelers

I Had My duelers put on my truck in august 06, and i love the tires, except fot the fact that they tend to feather VERY quickly. I know i must rotate every 3-5k and i do...but i wanted to know if anyone else has this issue....so nonetheless i'll keep rotating...until i hear otherwise.....i did have an lignment done....not long ago.....

any ideas?

Re: Having Issues with my Duelers

Are you running your tire pressure too low?

Re: Having Issues with my Duelers

No problems with mine; sounds like you are rotating them often enough. Like others have said, maybe it’s your alignment even though you said you had it done recently.

Re: Having Issues with my Duelers

i just had my alignment done when i bought mine. the firestone store where i had mine installed (which is right down the street from the nissan dealer) said that they checked a couple new titans shortly after they arrived at the dealer and they were off on their alignment.

Re: Having Issues with my Duelers

not getting feathering but I am not too impressed with the tredlife.

Granted, they are better than the Goodyears as far as performance and not leaking air all the time but the treadlife isn't as good as I thought they would be.

I run 99% highway and offroading for me entails driving on the lawn to unload a big run on dog food to the shed in the back of the house.

I have a little over 35k miles on them and I am getting close to wear bars. I don't think I will have to get new tires but by the end of the summer I will.
BTW, those 35k miles were in 1 year.
