Don't worry too much. This site has grown quite a bit lately. There are just a lot more people around to share about service issues. All trucks have problems. Nissan has the least IMO.

Re: What the H E L L happened around here???

There are all different reasons to get rid of a "Gas guzzler" in these times. There are just as many people getting into as getting out of. Most of the people getting out of it for problems just might find themselves with more problems with any other vehicle and wish they never got rid of the Titan. I still love the Titan I just needed more tow power than any Titan could deliver "safely". I say safely because I was going to try to keep it but I was towing over 10000 lbs on more than one occasion. And had air bags so I could get more than 2000 lbs in the bed. It was just to small for me. I had very little issues with my Titan and I had a Feb 04 build date on it. It was a wonderful truck.

Re: What the H E L L happened around here???

Remember that people will usually speak out about negative issues such as needed vehicle repairs. Those who have not have problems with their Nissan's will most likely say nothing. It's human nature to "whine" when unexpected things occur and nothing brings on the whining like major repair costs. I'm sure for every negative comment, there are ten or more people with positive ones who just don't speak out.

I don't plan on leaving....in fact I'm waiting on the 08's to maybe trade mine in, but if I did go back to GM, it would be that bad *** GMC Denali with over 400hp.....I'll "bring that on" just about anywhere!

Hey, I inspired that thread...oh wait, compared to most on this Forum, I am boring. I stand corrected.

Love my 04 and complain about the little things just so I can figure how to fix 'em.

If the complaining scares you, I suggest you go on alldata.com and find all the TSB's on any other competitor vehicle...

Re: What the H E L L happened around here???

No Complaints here! I just bought mine less than a week ago, High milage 04 CC.......I should make that my new screen name.

All trucks have problems, mechanical things fail. i have owned all Ford trucks up to this point, I honestly never had any major problems with any of them and they all had well in excess of 150k miles on them. Great trucks they were, But after buying low mileage 03 Murano for the wife i was hooked on Nissan.

Like i said, i have only had the truck for 5 days, but i love it, It needs some things repaired but nothing out of the ordinary, rear diff making noise! Doesn't matter to me, i will fix it and keep on trucking!

Re: What the H E L L happened around here???

My titan has been very good to me. I love it alot and have been thinking about selling my Evolution VIII but wife won't let me do it. She keeps saying I'm power hungry so I'll be missing it later down the road.

LOL, I agree. What gets me is the owners that complain about taking in their truck for warranty work. I took mine in for the door wiring and when it was done they washed it too.

I must have a really tough rearend because I am hard on it. Like about 100 burnoffs in "reverse" mind you, let alone the 100's I have done in drive. Running the truck wide open for miles towing a 2500# boat. Crazy I know, just didn't like that Honda Accord passing me. Point is this is one tough truck.

Like I have said before. Get a good product tell 100 people, get a bad product tell 1000 people. Human nature.
