A leveling kit will void your warranty on your front suspension. An exhaust will void your warranty on your exhaust. Basically, anything you modify, your warranty on that part will be voided. Also, if that modification directly causes a failure, that failure will not be covered. You do need to be cautious, though, because some dishonest dealers will claim a modification caused a failure when it did not (such as the case a few weeks ago of a guy who's dealer told him his leveling kit stretched out an O2 sensor wire - strictly impossible).
I don't anticipate any issues with my level kit and my warranty. If that were true, Nissan would not have had to do the TSB for the cam bolts but they did!

You need to get your facts straight, modifications don't necessarily void the warranty. I personally asked my service mgr where I bought my truck, and he said that modifications like CAI, exhuast, and leveling kits will not void my warranty.

Absolutley as Arachnid said. I also contacted my service manager at my dealership of purchase and he said the same that CAI...CAT back exhaust and the like will NOT void factory warranty. Although I would be warry because I have had experience working at a stealership and they will try to find any excuse to charge you.
Call you serivce manager...get his name and tell him yours and what you plan on doing. If you can get it in writing. Make it personal so He/She knows you and you kno him then if he tries to change his story it will be much harder for him to lie especially if you have it in writing. good luck

You need to read my post better, and then go google "Magnuson Moss." Modifications *do* void the warranty, as it applies to the part that you modified. They do not void the entire warranty, though. For example, if you put said CAI and exhaust on your truck, you void the portion of your warranty that relates to those modifications. If you throw a rod through the side of the block, your warranty on the engine is still intact. However, if the filter was mounted very low, and sucked in a bunch of water while you were 4 wheeling through a river, and you hydro locked your engine, you might as well forget you ever heard the word 'warranty'.
