Red face Scheduled Maintenance?

I purchased my Titan with 15000 miles, it now has 30000 miles. Do you all have your Titan serviced regularly? It seems expensive and it sounds like they really don't do much that's beneficial? Maybe I'm wrong? What's the most important thing I can do, to care for my Titan? I would just like some insight on what other Titan owners think and/or are doing, about scheduled maintenance? Thanks.

In addition I would at least change your read diff oil{make sure and fill with synthetic}and add an air filter also. You have an in-cabin micro filter that is probably pretty gross{helps you not the truck}may affect fan blower motor performance if really clogged and take a look at the tires to see if in need of rotation.
