Re: Anyone have this happen?

That has to be one of the longest sentences I have ever read............. I'm tired from just reading it.

Could be the MAS or it was the transmission going into "safe mode." The same thing happened to me awhile back and hasn't happened since. Linky....Help!!!!!

Re: Anyone have this happen?

I was under the truck the other day and noticed how there's a wiring harness running into the transmission on the underside. Seems like a really dumb design to me.... what if it gets wet?!

I'd document your design changes and submit them to NissanUSA. You might be able to get some type of monetary reward for your idea!

Re: Anyone have this happen?

apparently most people on this board have never been offroad before getting their truck

water = bad.

therefore, one goes slowly through water. apart from getting the wrong things drenched, water can have enough force to tear off body panels....

it's a very old rule. so stop jumping your trucks in the puddles but slowly go through them. it works so much better in the end..

also, most harnesses under the body and in general can be wet. no big deal
