Need Help Fixing the AC Evap Drain Leak

I have the wet carpet on the passenger side. I know the problem and I want to fix it. I'm not taking it to the stealer because its not under warranty and it seems like an easy fix. I just need a little help from someone who has fixed this already.

I understand the actual drain tube is somwhere in the passenger wheel well. Do I need to remove the plastic in the wheel well to gain access to it?
Any help in the actual location of where the end of the hose is would be good as I have yet to find it.

Also what size hose do I need to extend the drain tube?

There is a detailed report on TT's do it yourself list. Do a search on a/c leak.
