What is the deal with the Driver's seat on the '07?
I think I am going nuts, or maybe not. I don't have the option that resets the seats to their normal position, but I do have electric seats on my '07.
It just seems when I get back in the truck sometimes, that the driver's seat has moved forward. When I get out, I am certain the seat is where I want it to be, but heaven help me, 1/2 the time I get back in the truck I could swear that the seat back has tilted forward.
No, my wife does not drive the truck when I am not looking. I have the only key.
Anyone else have this problem? Or did I miss something in the owner's manual?

i got the power/memory seats on my 07, and it always seems to move the seat up farther no matter how many times i set it. the back, up/down, and tilt always stays the same, but whenever i get out and it auto backs up and i get back in, it seems to be more forward. i dont hit any buttons when gettin in or out, so no sure whats goin on unless its all in my head

If you have the memory you also need to set the key fob. I had the same problem. I would set the seat and when I got back in it would be moved. You can set each key fob.

i program the key fob everytime and it stil does that...think it goes, hit the first button on the door, then hold either #1 or #2 down till it stops blinking, then hit the unlock button key fob?

Hit the first button, then hit and hold the 1 or 2 button. While the button is flashing, then hold the fob button until the light stops blinking.

Other than the memory seats....
At least in the 2004's, when you get in the driver's seat, you normally place your right leg in the wheel well and slide your butt into the seat. (In later years, you can put your left leg in first! )The inside of your left thigh presses the seat controls (in mine, the forward seatback tilt) and adjusts your seat for you. I still do it even after all of these years and I am watching for it. I notice a one or two degree tilt difference right away.
There is no feedback or feeling the switch; it requies a very light touch and my inner thigh (especially through pants) is not that sensitive. I discovered it when my wife spoke to me just as I was getting in. I stopped in mid-entry and ended up bent all the way over while we were talking.

Re: What is the deal with the Driver's seat on the '07?
For those with the memory seats who think their seats are doing strange things. When the fobs are linked to the memory position (you set the seat memory on the doorpanel and then push the fob button to link that fob to that memory position) the seat will return to the memorized position when you unlock the truck. If you don't lock the truck, nothing changes - lock and then unlock the truck and the seat goes to the memorized position (which may be different than the position you prefer/use). Quick test to see if the fob is linked - fully recline the drivers seat back, get out and lock the truck. If the seat back moves to a more normal upright position when you unlock it then the fob is linked to the memory settings. Simple to change to the settings you actually use but makes you think you are crazy til you figure out it has to do with locking the truck.

This has been discussed here before. As someone has already pointed out, when you swing your legs to get out, the pressure on the side of the seat activates the switch and moves the seat back forward. Happens all the time to me on my '07.

Re: What is the deal with the Driver's seat on the '07?
I am going to have to disagree with the hitting the controls when you get out. It is my theory that depression of the key fob even on the models without memory seats adjusts the seat. In a controlled experiment performed by me under controlled conditions, if I unlocked the door with the key and got in, the seat did not move. If I unlocked the door with the keyfob, the seat was in a different position.
Thus, it seems to me that the position is set at the factory and cannot be adjusted without the memory seat controls. Maybe unplugging the battery after you set the seat where you want it would work (haven't got that far yet).
