rearend failures

i know there is probably a thread out there somewhere but i just want a straight answer with out having to look through all that ****.

guys with 35's and bigger tires what did you do about the rearend?
my coach had a titan with a 12 inch bullet proof lift and everytime he would punch it, the rearend would explode. they warranried it twice, then he sold it, but i dont feel like dealing with the hassle of it, i want to know if there is a way to fix the problem before it even happens. btw i will be running a 9 inch lift with 35 procomp all terrains.
