bumpers?

Sorry but I have spent a hour or so searching and im not coming up with much. Just looking for a beefy front bumper. Just looking for something along the lines of the kenmtnac with out the bars on top. The story is I have to replace my stock bumper due to a crash and figure what the heck might as well get a bad *** front bumper and start building my truck.

If you got links and pics of the bumpers installed that would be great..heck if you got a price post that as well.

Thanks!
SIC

Re: bumpers?

You can get the Kennesaw without the bars on top.

There is the highly expensive Road Armor Bumper suggested above. (I think it looks like crap on the Titan).

There is also one from Buckstop, which WyoTitan over on CT just installed:
simlar to this, also available w/o the upper bars:

Also, check these threads:

Road Armor
Brush Guard...good for Deer?

Re: bumpers?

Just FYI... I read this the other day:

Opinions on my mudding Titan truck?

"Yes it is a Kennesaw front and rear bumper and I would like to add that it is probably the most complicated install ever concidering there are no instructions and they do not make mounts for you just the bumper so you have to figure out how to do it yourself. This required quite a bit of welding and additional parts. The front cross member had to be cut out and replaced for a beefier one and much more.

P.S. even though the kennesaw front bumper has a winch slot cut into it and the website says you can mount a winch.....trying to do so with what they give you will result in a complete disaster if you use your winch for anything heavier then 20 pounds without first rebuilding it the winch mount area. "

Someone else told me this though:

"I talked with kyle at Kennesaw and he said that the bumper does come with instructions and that all that is needed is after the chrome bumper comes off you have to remove the metal bumper behind it and drill out two existing holes on either side to make them 1/2" to use the supplied bolts. Lets hope i have a better out come."

Just passing along the info that I've seen about the Kennesaw bumpers.

Re: bumpers?

The Buckstop install did not take much effort, the only problems we had were because it is the first production bumper for the Titan...some bolts were too close and the two tabs for the stock tow hooks were welded on backwards. I sent in some marked up pictures so Buckstop could make the installation easier...sucker is still heavy though. So far so good, I love the look.
